UBV photometric observations of the short-period binary CI Aur, obtained at McDonald Observatory between November 1984 and January 1985, are reported and analyzed using the method of Wilson and Devinney (1971). It is shown that CI Aur is a semidetached binary with mass ratio 0.687, orbital inclination 74.42 deg, and a secondary component which is filling its Roche lobe. The oscillations seen in the light curves are found to be of low amplitude and multiply quasi-periodic.
