New observations of minima of the eclipsing variable IU Aur are presented together with new ephemeris. Using formulae given by Söderhjelm (1975) parameters of the three-body system are derived from the measured times of minima and the increasing amplitude. The eccentricity of the large orbit is probably 0.4, mass of the third body is about 12 M_sun;, inclination of the eclipsing pair orbit to the invariable plane of the system is ≡40° and the period of nodal regression is ≡540 years. Prediction of some other observable effects is given.
