The second part of the photometric catalog of Shakhbazian compact groups
of galaxies contains optical and geometrical properties of another 24
groups. As in the first paper photometric data were obtained from the
COSMOS/UK Schmidt Telescope (UKST) catalog of a basis for studying
dynamical processes in such groups.
