The basic data and approach for calibrating photographic plates obtained
with the 61 cm telescope at the Tortugas Mountain Station of New Mexico
State University are summarized. Since this is the fundamental
calibration of planetary data it is of use to all in-house users as well
as other individuals who use the data.
