Results of photometric and polarimetric observations of the moon's surface performed since 1976 at the Dodaira Station of the Tokyo Astronomical Observatory are presented. V, B and R photometry and polarimetry were obtained using a 91-cm reflector scanning the surface of the moon. Values of the observed magnitude per sq arcsec and degree of polarization are presented in tabular form for the V, B and R colors, together with B-V and V-R color indices for the various points of the lunar surface observed. Results for the lunar eclipses of March 24 and November 30, 1978 are not included.
