A photoionization model of the radiation of the emission nebula associated with the variable T Tau is constructed. The calculations were made with allowance for collisional ionization, two-electron recombination, and also charge-exchange reactions between the atoms H(0) and He(0) and heavy-element ions. Good agreement between the calculated emission line spectrum of the nebula and the observations is obtained. The abundances of chemical elements in the nebula have been determined: He/H about 0.07, N/H 1.4 x 10 to the -5th, O/H = 6.5 x 10 to the -5th, Ne/H = 4.2 x 10 to the -5th, S/H 2.1 x 10 to the -5th. The Lc energy spectrum of the source exciting the emission of the nebula has been determined more precisely. The optical and geometrical thicknesses of the nebula at the frequencies of the Lyman continuum have been estimated. The mass of the nebula is found to be less than about 0.0003 solar mass.
