Synchronous colorimetric observations of stellar flares in the UBV system were made by the Schmidt telescopes at Byurakan and by the Maksutov telescope at Abastumani. Thirteen flares were detected in the Pleiades, and six were detected in Orion; five of the flares in the clusters were photometered in the three bands UBV for the first time. It is shown that the observed flares of the stars in the clusters do not differ in their colorimetric characteristics from the flares of the UV Ceti flare stars, supporting the theory that these stars have a common physical nature. A comparison of the color indices (U-B)+ and (B-V)+ of the flare radiation of the four slow flares observed in the stars Nos. 105 and 156 (Pleiades) and B 12 and T 129 (Orion) indicates that flares with a longer rise time are redder, which is consistent with Ambartsumian's prediction (1954; 1971).
