Photoelectric results, V, (B-V) and (U-B) are presented for 22 stars of the Berkeley 11 compact open cluster. The cluster lies 2.2 plus or minus 0.2 kpc from the sun with a reddening of E(B-V) equal to 0.96 plus or minus 0.66 (s.d.); its linear diameter is 3.5 pcs (5.4 arc min). A two-color plot, a color-magnitude diagram and the results of star counts are presented. On the basis of its bluest members the cluster is found to have an earliest spectral type of approximately b4 and an age of about 3 x 10 to the 7th years.
