Some 584 photoelectric BV observations of the eclipsing binary AZ Cam were obtained at Beijing observatory on five nights in January 1982. The observations show (1) that there were obvious light variations outside the eclipses, (2) that the primary and secondary minima have almost the same depth and (3) the shape of the light curve is similar to those of BF Aur, VPup and ATCam. A photometric solution using the Russell-Merrill method is derived. The O-C versus epoch diagram shows no obvious variations in period over the last 50 years.
