U(prime), B(prime), and V(prime) photoelectric observations are made of the light and color variable object (radio N-galaxy) in Perseus. The object is found to differ from the typical early type shell star BU Tau in two respects. One is that its amplitude in U(prime) is greater than that in B(prime); the second is that its U(prime) magnitude is positively correlated with U(prime) - B(prime and uncorrelated with B(prime) - V(prime).
