Photoelectric light curves in B and V, a B-V color curve, and a mean light curve are presented for XY Leo, a W UMa-type eclipsing binary. A comparison with previous observations shows that the shape of the light curve changed over a period of 24 yr; the changes include a shallower principal minimum, a deeper secondary minimum, and a decrease in blue light and an increase in yellow light at both maxima. The times of one principal minimum and two secondary minima are derived. An O-C diagram is plotted which confirms that the period of XY Leo changes in a periodic manner.
