In the framework of Schwinger's source theory a phenomenological expression for the vacuum amplitude of gravitons is found. It lies at the base of the formulation of the correspondence principle and the solution of the energy-momentum problem in the gravitation theory. The theorems on the higher moments are proved. It is shown that any gravitation theory may be locally (and if the space-time would be covered by one card, then globally as well) formulated in terms of the Minkowski space.
