Results of an analysis of the optical variability of the Seyfert galaxy NGC 4151 are presented. A homogeneous set of photoelectric UBV observations obtained for about eight years (1968-1975) has been analyzed. The light variations have been divided into slowly and rapidly varying components. A 130-day period was found for the 'rapid' component using a modification of the trial period method introduced by Jurkevich. Mean light curves were obtained in all three colors. A pulse about 70 days in duration with an amplitude of 0.8 mag in the U band was found to be the characteristic feature of the 130-day period.
