Analysis of the temporal fine structure in the radio pulses of PSR 1133 + 16, previously observed at Pushchino with 10-microsec resolution at 102.5, 78.9, and 67.5 MHz, shows that the simultaneous occurrence of quasi-periodicity in the pulse microstructure at the different frequencies is not fully correlated. In fact the microstructure periods at each frequency differ in 70 percent of the cases. The statistical properties of the periodic microstructures are, however, much the same at all frequencies. The hollow-cone pulsar model is adopted to consider how the periodic micropulses might result from magnetic field oscillations in the radio emission region.
