The optimum value of performance parameters of several types of IR
semiconductor detectors has been determined, in order to select the most
suitable detector for spectroradiometry in the spectral region from 1 to
3.5 μm. The calculated normalized detectivity and the detector
response have been used as a figure of merit to select the detector.
