Wide nomenclature of Photoconductive Mercury-Cadmium Telluride / Hg1-xCdxTe (PC MCT) infrared radiation detectors with three-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC) has been developed and fabricated. Performance of PC MCT infrared detectors are presented evidencing excellent peak detectivity D*(λp) and peak responsivity RV(λp) values in spectral ranges from 3,0 to 5,5 µm and from 7,5 to 10,6 µm.
