If one looks at a large enough region, the bulk ow of galaxies should converge to the CMB dipole. So far, all observations up to 60h-1Mpc have measured the bulk ow with results in agreement with theoretical expectation. In contrast, peculiar velocity surveys larger than 100h-1Mpc provide inconsistent results varying between surveys. Here we show the bulk ow resulting from 120 galaxy clusters in SDSS DR7. We calculate the peculiar velocities of the clusters within the region up to z=0.07. The Fundamental Plane of elliptical galaxies in the clusters are used. To obtain method independent distances, both forward and inverse Fundamental Planes are caculated. In contrast to the claims of inhomogeneity on the scales larger than 100h-1Mpc from several recent studies, the bulk ow obtained from these data is in agreement with the cosmological principal of homogeneity.
