Mathematical study of the occurrence of libration points in the restricted problem of the translational-rotational motion of a homogeneous spheroidal satellite of infinitesimal mass in the gravitational field of two homogeneous spheroids. It is assumed that during the total time of motion, the satellite center of mass lies in the orbital plane of the attracting spheroids. Equations for the collinear and triangular libration points are derived.
