Scientific paper

The paper examines the acceleration of cosmic rays by the Fermi II mechanism, formed by turbulence in giant molecular clouds. According to this mechanism, the interaction of the neutral and charged components in the clouds can lead to the excitation of random magnetic fields, which are responsible for the acceleration. The acceleration of electrons and protons in molecular clouds due to the Fermi II mechanism is examined. Stationary solutions are obtained for the transport equations.
