Normalization to the branching fraction B(D_s^+ → φ π^+) is the largest uncertainty in the measurement of many processes involving a Ds meson. We outline a method for measuring B(D_s^+ → φ π^+) / B(\overlineD^0 → K^+ π^-) via partial reconstruction of the decay B^0 → D_s^*+ D^*- using the CLEO detector at CESR. We present the results of a Monte Carlo study, including estimated errors.
