The parity-violating part of the one-loop order correction of the locally supersymmetric effective action for a massless scalar superfield coupled to a background (not quantized) superdreibein in three dimensions is presented. The lowest-order approximation to the gravitational Chern-Simons term and its fermionic equivalent term are obtained.
