A catalog of parameters of 73 open clusters is presented. The color
excesses, distances to the Sun, and ages were estimated from published
uvby beta photometry. An algorithm for redetermining the parameters of
open clusters is outlined, and the clusters NGC 2516 and IC 2391 are
used to illustrate its potentials.
