Scientific paper

Trigonometric parallaxes and relative proper motions are presented for 26 late-type stars observed with the Leander McCormick rafractor. Eighteen stars have no previously published parallaxes. Sixteen stars are K and M dwarfs identified by Vyssotsky and his collaborators. The list includes three probable Hyades cluster members, two subdwarfs, and an M dwarf at a distance of about 10 pc. New BVRI photometry has been obtained for most stars on the list.
