Research on pairs of pulsars or PSRs which were possibly components of disrupted binaries, seems to advance arguments in favor of the point, that most pulsars were formed in binary systems. Twenty-nine new pairs of pulsars are tabulated that were selected by means of some modifications of the original criteria adopted by Vladimirskii (1984). The averaged value of the time interval between the first and the second supernova outburst was computed for Vladimirskii's list of pairs and the new list. The values, 4.90 and 4.80 million years respectively, are slightly higher than the value obtained in an evolutive model by Van den Heuvel (1976). Correlations between rate of change of period and period for the two lists are examined.
