Relativistic jets was observed in some AGNs or black hole binaries. Several models are proposed to explain this kind of jet phenomena. One of the convincing models is the radiative acceleration model. Following this model, the electron-positron pairs created in the accretion disks are accelerated by radiative force. However it is not clear how this processes occur: Although the pair processes in accretion disks are studied extensively, there are no studies which treat the effect of the pair ejection coupled with the radiative processes. In this study, we take into account this processes by solving the vertical structures of the high temperature accretion disks including the vertical component of the electron-positron momentum equation. The results show that there are solutions representing that pairs are created in the accretion disks and accelerated by radiation.
