The purpose of the presentation is to outline several opportunities how astronomical society can contribute to benefit the developing world. The described solutions' package includes methods of peer-to-peer networking, collaboration with the international business community and widespread dissemination campaign about the results of astronomical research. The preliminary realistic calculations estimate that at least over EUR 400´000 can be raised at the realisation of the proposed action plan. The presentation will be followed by a discussion about the possible future activities and ad hoc brainstorming for new solutions to popularise astronomy all over the world.
