By using Clayton's (1974) approach, a quasi-nondegenerate distribution (QNDD) has been designed to account for a high solar neutrino counting rate for Cl-37. The QNDD is examined here in the context of certain P-P chain nonresonant reactions of main-sequence stars, with the sun representing a typical case. The results are then compared with the results based on the Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution.
