We derive formulae which lend themselves to TQFT interpretations of the
Milnor torsion, the Lescop invariant, the Casson invariant, and the
Casson-Morita cocyle of a 3-manifold, and, furthermore, relate them to the
Reshetikhin-Turaev theory.
