Analyses are presented of both photometric and spectroscopic observations made at the very end of a superoutburst of the dwarf nova OY Carinae. A detailed analysis is made of the hot spot eclipses and a geometric model of the accretion disk is derived. It is shown that there is a very large, highly noncircular disk present during the late stages of the superoutbursts. The extrapolated phasing of the normal superhumps agrees with the prediction of the tidal resonance model that the normal superhumps occur when the elongated part of the disk has passed the secondary. The strength of the hot spot during the late superhumps is best explained by the large modulation in the surface density of the outer disk that results in a change in the form of the hot spot and/or in the amount of spillover from the accretion stream. These changes are reflected in variations of the eclipse depth. The noncircular disk explains the permamant emission line asymmetries seen in H-alpha during the late superhumps.
