We present multi-epoch Very Long Baseline Array (VLBA) images of the radio galaxy NGC 4261. This radio galaxy is well-known from HST observations that show a nearly edge-on nuclear disk of gas and dust, presumably an accretion disk around a central supermassive black hole. From analysis of changes in flux denisty profiles along the radio jet, we calculate an apparent proper motion of the radio jet of 0.52 +/- 0.07 c. Combining this with the apparent brightness ratio of the jet and counterjet, and their spectral indicies, we are able to calculate the orientation of the radio jet to the line-of-sight: 60 +/- 5° . The inclination and position angles of the radio jet can be compared to the same angles measured for the parsec-scale accretion disk from the HST data to obtain the 3-dimensional relative orientation of the parsec-scale disk and jet in this galaxy. The inclination angles of the disk and jet are the same within the errors, but the position angles differ by about 14° , suggesting a warp in the region close to the central black hole.
