The orientation of planes of galaxies located in six different regions of the Local Supercluster (LSC) is investigated. It is shown that, in these regions, the orientation of the galaxy planes with respect to the main plane of the LSC is anisotropic, but the deviations from anisotropy are different. In some regions the rotation axes of galaxies are observed to be parallel to the main plane of the LSC, while in other regions they tend to be perpendicular to the main plane.
