Published photoelectric and spectroscopic observations are used to analyze the light curve of the eclipsing binary Zeta Phe and to determine its orbital elements. An orbital eccentricity of 0.014, a periastron longitude of -85 deg, and an orbital inclination of 85.0 + or - 0.4 deg are found. The movement of the line of apsides of the binary system is also studied, and a U/P value of 13,850 is obtained for Zeta Phe. The data are compared with previously published values.
