Published observational data are compiled for 171 binary systems for which (1) orbital parameters have been computed and (2) one or both components are known or suspected to exhibit intrinsic variability. The selection criteria for the catalog are discussed; the data are presented in a large table; and brief notes on the unusual characteristics of specific binaries are provided.
