We present high resolution echelle spectra and contemporaneous photometry of the polar ST LMi during a high-state in 2007 March. Emission lines at H-alpha, HeI 5876, and HeI 7065 show similar line profiles over orbital phase and have narrow and broad components. Double gaussian fits to the line profiles suggest two emission components whose wavelength and width change over orbital phase to create complex line profiles over the orbit. These components appear to be associated with gas streams connecting the secondary star and the white dwarf.
