Based on analysing the statistical characteristic of the noise in CCD's read-out signal and on studying the method of pre-processing of CCD image at present, this paper brings up a new method for optimum-processing of noise in CCD's read-out signal. The new method has a promising result for depressing the CCD's read-out noise and other random noise.
