Non-LTE calculations of the structure of optically and geometrically thin accretion disks are presented. For realistic parameters, equilibrium usually occurs at a nearly constant temperature of 6000-8000 K. Non-LTE calculations are indispensable for both the structure and emission spectra of the optically thin part of the disks; LTE calculations give incorrect results.
