Consideration is given to the relationship between the optical relative porosity parameter of the lunar regolith (which is very close physically to the second Stokes nonstandardized parameter) and the Hapke optical parameter which characterizes lunar surface solidity. A correlation between these parameters, which is different for two quarters of the moon, is identified. A direct dependence of the lunar soil maturity factor on the parameter studied is also found. The results make it possible to study quantitative inhomogeneities of lunar soil porosity.
