We report the discovery of a probable nova located at RA(2000) =
00h42m33.92s, Dec(2000) = +41d15'52.9", which is 117" west and 15.6"
south of the center of M31. Available R-band magnitude from 3x180sec
co-added CCD images taken with the 2m RCC telescope at NAO Rozhen,
Bulgaria: 2009 June 21.01869 UT, 18.66+/-0.09.
