We present VRJHK_s photometry of optically selected clusters of galaxies with 0.4 < z < 1.0. Optical-near infrared color-color diagrams for each cluster are presented. The colors of each candidate cluster galaxy are compared with those of various types of model galaxies to predict galaxy type and cluster membership. The content of these clusters is compared with that of clusters having more moderate redshifts, in an attempt to sketch out the evolution of galaxies in cluster environments from z~1 to the present. This work was supported in part by NSF grant AST-9024018. A. M. T. gratefully acknowledges support from an NSF Graduate Fellowship.
