Optical identifications have been found for the radio sources 3C27, 3C69 and 3C86A, which are located at low galactic latitudes. For the first two, photometric data have been obtained and redshifts have been determined from low-resolution spectra. In both cases an emission line galaxy is found as the optical counterpart. In the case of 3C27 the galaxy has a broad band magnitude of R = 19.7 and a redshift of z = 0.184, in the case of 3C69 the values are R = 20.9 and z 0.458. The galaxy of 3C86A is similar in appearance to that of 3C27.
