We will report on Keck and Palomar followup of several recent GRB afterglows. Specifically, spectroscopy of the optical afterglow of GRB 970508 and spectroscopy of the fuzz close to the transient of GRB 970228. For GRB 970828 we have found no transient to a limiting magnitude of about R=24. A summary of other GRB followups will also be presented.
