Following alerts in ATels#3580, #3596 we perform optical and near-infrared photometry and R-band polarimetry of FSRQ B3 0650+453 using 70-cm AZT-8 (CrAO, Ukraine) and 1.1-m AZT-24 (Campo Imperatore, Italy) telescopes. The object was found in a flaring state in optical-NIR bands. Preliminary estimates based on calibrated field stars and 2MASS magnitudes yield for Aug.27.0 UT R=16.65, I=15.98; Aug.28.0 UT V=17.33, R=16.80; Aug.29.0 UT V=17.38, R=16.85, I=16.13, J=15.20, H=14.17, K=13.24; Aug.30.0 UT V=17.44, R=16.91, I=16.21.
