In this paper, the CCD area system photometric data for 4 BL Lac objects are given. The main results are following: (1) Three short optical variability timescales are: 100 min for OI 090.4 with ΔB = 0.3 mag (±0.09 mag), 120 min for OF 038 with ΔB = 0.28 mag (±0.03 mag), 2.5 hours for PKS 0735+178 with ΔB = 0.3 mag (±0.09 mag). (2) 0109+22 is also a violently variable, the amplitude for optical variability can excess 0.68 mag within ≡70 min. (3) The evidence of the correlation between B-V and B have been obtained for OI 090.4 and PKS 0735+178. Using the new accretion disk theory, the authors discussed the properties of the central object of PKS 0735+178. The results show tat the central object is a Kerr black hole.
