Twenty-five radial velocities of galaxies have been determined from optical spectra obtained at the 1.20 m reflector of Haute Provence Observatory and from 21 cm line observations obtained with the Nancay radiotelescope. Most of these galaxies are part of a program of redshift determinations for parent galaxies of supernovae. The reduction method is detailed as well as an analysis of random internal and external errors. The comparison with previous determinations proves an absence of systematic errors.
