Modelling of the epicyclic approximation of the motion of young star open clusters IC 4665 and Collinder 359 is carried out. We found that 7 Myr ago the distance between the centers of the clusters was minimum and equal to 36 pc. The tight close evolutionary relation between the cluster IC 4665 and the association Scorpio- Centaurus is established. Namely, 15 Myr ago the distance between the centers of these formations was ˜ 200 pc. In addition, in this moment the center of IC 4665 was situated nearby two known regions of the coronal gas -- the Local Bubble and North Polar Spur. It is shown that the known "runaway star" HIP 86768 is a suitable candidate to the component of double (in past) system with the pulsar PSR B1929+10. If we accept the radial velocity of the pulsar equal to Vr = 2 ± 50 km/s-1 then sufficiently tight approach between this couple in vicinity of IC 4665 should occur ˜ 1.1 Myr ago. At the same time the use of modern data on the pulsar PSR B1929+10 with model radial velocity Vr = 200 ± 50 km s-1 shows that the more probable is the version of Hoogerwerf et. al. [1] on the disintegration ˜0.9 Myr ago of the double system ρOph-- B1929+10 in the US-area of the Scorpio-Centaurus association.
