We present new JHK imaging photometry obtained at CTIO of 100 G, K and M main sequence and pre-main sequence stars in galactic open clusters NGC 2547, IC 2391, and IC 2602. Their estimated ages range from 15 to 35 Myr, somewhat older than the supposed timescale for dissipation of protostellar disks. We re-evaluate the cluster ages and identify systems with low-luminosity companions by comparing cluster visual/IR color-luminosity loci with low-mass isochrones. We estimate limits to thermal emission from remnant disk material using stellar near-IR colors. We thank NASA and CTIO for support.
