We present new JHK imaging photometry obtained at CTIO of 130 late (G, K, and M) main sequence and pre-main sequence stars in galactic open clusters NGC 2547, IC 2391, and IC 2602. They range in age from 15 to 35 Myr, somewhat older than the timescale estimated for dissipation of optically thick protostellar disks. Near-IR colors are compared with stellar atmosphere model predictions for maximum sensitivity to faint excesses. Detections or limits to presence of remnant CS disk material hotter than 500 K and of lower-mass companions will be presented. Ages of the clusters can be re-evaluated by combining visual-IR colors with low-mass pre-main sequence isochrones. We thank NASA and CTIO for support.
