In this work we prove that a class of entire functions considered by Jensen
and P\'{o}lya have only real zeros. As a consequence, we may have proved the
Riemann Hypothesis for the Riemann zeta function $\zeta(s)$ and the Riemann the
character Riemann zeta function $L(\chi,x)$ with real primitive characters
satisfying certain positive conditions.
