We prove an analogue of Clifford's inequality for tropical curves. Next we
focus on the hyperelliptic case and we characterize divisors attaining
equality. Finally we speculate whether inequality in tropical Clifford's
Theorem does imply hyperellipticity, in analogy with the classical case.
