Quasi-linear theory was found to be successful for the cosmological
two-point correlation function and is shown to be inapplicable for the
three-point correlation. Another important conclusion obtained is that
the initial correlations equal to or higher than three-point do not
affect the higher-order correlations after a sufficiently long time.
